MyPerfectResume.com is an online service providing resume and cover letter writing solutions. The website of the company is extremely minimalistic, with almost no valuable information available. In the top right corner there are tabs with the services provided, but the home page does not enlist any educational information. There is a Build My Resume button available, which will take you to the simplistic resume builder template. The company boasts with the fact that already 1 million members created their resumes through the website, which we find very difficult to believe.

When we test and review a writing service, we always contact customer support to get the information we need. Unfortunately, this company does not provide any contact details such as phone number, the instant chat option or at least an email address. Therefore, we checked on the site the types of services they offer. These include the following:
- Resumes- here including the resume builder options, samples, templates, a few formats and CV examples
- Cover Letters section- again, we could find here different subtopics such as cover letter examples, a few samples, and a how to tutorial
- Member Login section- you are supposed to subscribe for a membership in order to be able to order your resumes, CVs or cover letters from them

Unfortunately, this company does not enlist its prices on the website. Someone who builds a resume will find out the cost only at the end of the process. We consider this is not fair business, because students need to know beforehand exactly how much their paper or resume will cost. If they consider it expensive, they will not order. We can tell you they charge overly expensive prices and your payments are not processed through an SSL secured platform like it is customary with all reputable writing services.
In terms of extra features, this service does not offer anything. We wanted to see there free features, or helpful extra tools to build the perfect resume. Basically, there are no writers and only one guarantee – when transaction confirmed, you may download your resume. So it’s fully up to you, what to write there, with no any assist from HR specialists.
Quality of an ordered product
We used their services in order to offer you some details regarding the quality provided. We built one Resume for a teacher and we can say the service is of very poor quality. The builder automatically inserted in our resume a few phrases that were not even professional sounding. The entire resume looked like a copy/paste job, and it was definitely not something custom tailored to our needs and requirements. Since we could not contact anyone at customer service, we just paid for the resume and then downloaded it, but we can say it is completely useless. It even contains a few severe mistakes that we have to edit.
Deadlines
This is not a writing service like all the others you can find out there. You do not stay in contact with a writer assigned to your project. You also don’t have anyone you can inform about the required deadline. You just go online, use their builder, pay for the service and download the document. Therefore, delivery times are respected if you create your resume on time. However, this is not the best CV builder service available on the market. We like to hire professional writers to help us with the documents or content needed for different academic papers.

We did not feel that our personal or banking details are secure on this portal. The company does not even enlist guarantees such as the confidentiality guarantee, the SSL encryption guarantee or the money back guarantee. Most top writing companies will give your money back if you are not satisfied with the results. Here, you will just have to accept the quality provided even if it does not fit your standards and requirements.
They do not have a user friendly website. The information is almost nonexistent, and they do not even describe their services in detail. There is one single order button available on the home page, but you cannot see a price calculator for example which would help you approximate the cost of your order. Regarding usability, this company would receive only 1 star from us.
Overall Experience
We had quite a bad experience reviewing this resume builder portal. The quality of the services is very poor, and we were surprised to see they do not have a customer service. Any questions that we had were left unanswered, and we had to build our resumes without any help or guidance from an expert. We definitely do not recommend the services of this company, especially if you need a top quality Resume, cover letter or CV for yourself.
