On their main website they do not have a list with the services provided. However, as we scrolled down the home page, we saw there a few of the solutions they offer:

These are the main solutions provided, but they do not include editing and proofreading. In our opinion, a good resume writing service will also offer separate editing services. The resumes need to be edited to perfection before being sent to an HR department. We did not like the fact that they do not offer such services. This means you have to hire separately an editor to go through your documents for any spelling errors or even for plagiarism.
Prices, discounts and special features
ResumeGenius does not enlist the prices charged for these services. We consider that all top reputable writing services enlist clearly all the prices charged, so that students can see if they can afford to buy anything. Here, you will pay for the resume or for the CV only when it is done. We can say we had a surprise bill at the end, because for the three documents we paid more than $200 which is overly expensive.
There are no additional features offered. You cannot buy a VIP service, and you will not get any free features with your order. Many reliable services offer editing included in the price, or a free evaluation of your old CV. Some companies even offer free drafts with ideas on how your new CV or cover letter will look like after they perform their magic. Here, everything is an automated process, because you pay to use a resume builder.
ResumeGenius does not offer any discounts to its customers. We wanted to see here at least a welcome discount of 10% or 15% from the total cost. Or, we wanted to see how they offer a scale based discount for loyal customers, such as 5% from the total cost if you order at least 3 papers. Regardless of how many cover letters and resumes you will order here, you will need to pay the full price which is not even enlisted on the website.

Quality of an ordered product
We have ordered two cover letters and one resume from this company. This way, we could thoroughly check these documents in order to provide you with an unbiased review regarding the quality provided. We were not happy with the results. The cover letters contained some plagiarism, which is unacceptable. Then, the resume lacked professionalism, and it definitely required some editing.
Deadlines
This is not a service where you hire a writer who will complete the entire job. This is a platform where they offer you a resume building tool that you need to use in order to create your documents. Therefore, delivery times depend on you. You work on these documents at your own pace and then download the resumes, cover letters or CVs whenever they are ready. However, we would have liked it more if this was a service where a professional CV writer would complete these papers for us.

Nowhere on their website could we see any guarantees such as the confidentiality guarantee or that our payments are made through an SSL secured platform. In our opinion this is not a highly trustworthy and reliable company. You cannot see the prices, and you cannot talk via chat to a customer service representative.
At first sight, their website seems to load seamlessly. The problem is that they dot not have too much information available on the website. There are no tabs available with the services offered, the prices charged, the discounts offered or the guarantees that are in place. From this point of view, their website is made poorly, even if you can scroll down to the bottom of the home page quite fast.
Overall Experience
We did not like this service, even though we did everything possible to find a few positive points. The fact that they do not tell the prices charged straightforward is not an ethical business behavior. Then, you will not receive even the smallest discount, regardless of the number of pages ordered. There is only one phone number available on the site, and it takes too much time until someone will answer.
